ARTS AND CRAFTS CLASSES
RICArts welcomes participants to our classes at any level, from beginner to avanced. Classes run on a continuous basis. All are welcome to join any class at any time, share the comradery, trade skills, learn new ones and enjoy a relaxed cuppa in the beautiful gardens of The Farm.
Fee for all classes is $5.00 per session.
PATCHWORK
Mondays

Sylvia Gillard guides this lively group, teaching the skills required for your own imaginative creations. Cutting equipment and sewing machines are available on site.
POTTERY AND CERAMICS
Mondays and Fridays
9:30 - 12:30
The pottery shed has a garden patio working area, four potting wheels, and new kilns on the way. Lessons will take you from working with clay all the way to the glazing and firing of your creations. Or try your hand at ceramic painting. Select from a range of precast greenware to create your very own ceramic masterpiece. Enjoy a very relaxed creative atmosphere for all ideas.
DRAWING AND PAINTING

Tuesdays

All mediums of oil, acrylic, pastel, drawing, watercolour and more are welcomed. Share ideas and tips with other members who are always keen to help if needed. Plus there are occasional structured lessons in the pipeline.

This is another genial sharing group, experimenting with a wide range of craft ideas, searching the Internet to widen their range of talents.
MOSAIC
Thursdays
9:30 - 12:30
The mosaic group guided by Susie and April is already well known for their amazing community projects, including the Jetty, RSL, the ballroom dancers in the workroom, and the pavers in our garden patio. Their imagination is endless.
