RICArts is a not for profit Community Arts Association on Russell Island, in the beautiful Southern Moreton Bay Islands.

We have a passion and energy for the arts, helping and working closely with our local community.

Nestled in a beautiful avocado orchard on Russell Island, RICArts gallery was nicknamed 'The Farm' Art House and Gallery.

Exhibitions & Special Events

RICArts hosts art competitions, exhibitions of members works, special events and social functions attended by government representatives and visiting artists.
 

Classes

At RICArts we offer the following arts and crafts classes on an ongoing basis:

 

Hours: 9.30am to 12.30pm

  • Pottery and Ceramics - Monday and Friday

  • Patchworking - Monday

  • Drawing and Painting in any medium - Tuesday

  • Craft in any medium - Wednesday

  • Mosaics - Thursday

Group Projects

RICArts has coordinated the production of art in public spaces, that include murals and mosaics erected throughout Russell Island.

​

The group artworks are created by our dedicated members who volunteer their skills and passion for art.
